This was the day I was really excited about and the amazing weather helped too!! The Meatpacking district is lower rise and more open than most areas of Manhattan, so we could actually feel the sun on our skin!
It has the most amazing/ perfectly edited selection of high end stores and boutiques my fav being Jeffrey which is my dream store from the Tom Ford make up to the Celine knits!
The cobbled tree lined streets in the residential areas in Chelsea and Meatpacking are a.maze.ing! |
From here we crossed Brooklyn bridge to Williamsburg. Such a cool, relaxed area with cute coffee shops/ bars/ restaurants, indie boutiques and great thrift and vintage, it felt like Hackney by the Hudson!
Beacons Closet is one of my favourite stores, stocking vintage and modern designer at thrift store prices! (I'll post my finds when I get back to the UK!) |
The Bedford, Williamsburg |
Literally never seen a Barbers look so cool (didn't see the haircuts though!) |
